My son, Eli is 14 years old. In May 2017 he was diagnosed with group 3 MYC amplified medulloblastoma. He was treated under SJMB12 protocol and achieved 2 year remission.
In September 2019 he was diagnosed with recurrence to bone marrow.
First line treatment of temozolomide, irinotecan and avastin has failed. We are running out of options.
Would appreciate any input or advice.
