    Hello!

We are from Spain, my husband was diagnosed in August 2018 with glioblastoma and doing good so far.

My husband bucket list trip is to travel to USA. We would like to go to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las vegas this summer but the problem is that i cant get any travel insurance here in Spain because of his preexisting condition.

Do you know if Is there any american insurance company where I can get it?

    Thank you for your help.

I do not know about travel insurance but a quick google search found this https://www.insubuy.com/atlas-americ...CAAEgLvPPD_BwE they won't pay for the expected costs of treating the condition but they will pay for unexpected acute onset of problems. Talk to them to see exactlly what would be covered or not. Obvioulsy that is a big trip if he is not feeling good and has been stable for a while... but if stable it should be fantastic! Have fun and let us know what you find about the insurance

Hello...we’re having the same problem with travel to Canada to visit our family, we’re UK nationals living in Spain.

I’ve searched online but can’t find anything.

Can you point us to any companies for there.

Many thanks for any help & info.

I sympathize with your situation. It's terrible when a loved one can't fulfill their desires because of well-being. I have looked at the insurance offers thrown into the group, and they are acceptable. However, I think there are more profitable travel insurance packages on the market. Last year, we went to Hawaii with my wife to see https://planneratheart.com/the-road-to-hana-stops/. She bought us health insurance for two for a meager price. I can ask her which agency she applied to if you're interested. I hope that your husband will get better soon. Good luck!

Although I travel a lot, I have never taken out insurance. I find it unnecessary. In addition, in some countries, I do not stay longer than three days, and many companies refuse to make insurance for such a short time. A week ago I returned from a trip to Germany. I bought tickets for the train at dbauskunft.com. I was surprised that this site asked for travel insurance. However, it is still an optional item. If someone makes insurance, why and for what? Waiting to hear from you.

Amy - do you have a brain tumor? Anyone with a malignant brain tumor would be crazy not to have insurance. The costs of a hospital visit and MRI are insane. I know people from outside the USA who come here and do not have insurance here get hit with $50,000 to $1 million bills.
