We’ll, Recurrence Has Arrived

After a good 12 year run, recurrence has arrived. My story: Dx Nov 2010. Oligodendroglioma co-deleted, IDH1 mutated, Sx, TMZ, Rads. Possible Recurrence noted last year confirmed last mri. Now enhancing. It’s in the hippocampus so sx is out. Dr is recommending we re-irradiate since it’s been 11 years since I had it. Also, recommending PC w/o the V. I’ve been following the cocktail approach since diagnosis. Would really like to add some stuff to it. Just trying to get my bearings. I knew it would come, but still sad. I’ve been on Tibsovo but since I progressed on it we’ve stopped. Any feedback on where to start?
