I saw the article in Nature that was posted on the news section on this site the other day. I've read about vaccines like this and notice that they specifically indicate that they are for the most common IDH1 R132H mutations. In my case I have a non-canonical mutation, IDH1 R132G. Would a vaccine like this be irrelevant in a case like mine? If so, is this something they could potentially alter for an individual patient for a "personalized medicine" approach?
Thanks
